Directions:

On the campus of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. This office is in the 800 Medical Office Building to the north of the main hospital.

From Illinois Tollway 94: Exit Illinois 60 East (Town Line Rd) and go one mile to Waukegan Road. Turn left (north) to Deerpath Road. Turn right and go east < 1 mile. Turn left onto Westmoreland Road at sign “Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital.”

From Illinois 41: Exit and go west on Deerpath Road one block and turn right onto Westmoreland Road at sign “Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital.”

Stay on Westmoreland Road past the Center for Women’s Health and past the Main Hospital. Follow the signs and turn left towards the 700-800-900 office buildings. Continue towards the cul-de-sac in front of the 800 Building.

There is free valet parking on the cul-de-sac in front of the 800 Building.

There is also free open lot parking to the east and north of the 800 - 900 Building. If more convenient, you may enter through the 900 Building main entrance and follow the hall to the 800 Building elevator.
